JOINING IS EASY!
The ideal time to begin classes is in your first trimester but you can begin the program any time provided that you are less than 30 weeks pregnant when you start. This gives you the best opportunity to develop your fitness and strength in your pregnancy. You can continue to exercise with us until you give birth.
Answer 'yes' to these questions:
- Are you post natal or less than 30 weeks pregnant*?
- Have you found at least 2 sessions on the timetable page that you can attend regularly?
- Do you know that your introductory class must be booked?
- Do you know that it costs $25 to book an introductory class and that if you join at that class you get 2 free sessions with your group sessions purchase?
- Do you know that sessions you buy are valid for 12 months and can be used when you are pregnant as well as when you are post natal?
- Do you know that you can use the sessions at more than one gym, including interstate?
- Do you know that you can pre-book as many sessions as you have purchased?
- Do you know that once you join at the introductory class our call centre will contact you the following day to confirm your bookings?
