I started Preggi bellies at 13 weeks and I haven't looked back. I feel like I have more energy and less back soreness. The instructors really look after you and you can go at your own pace. I would recommend this to any pregnant woman!
I started at 29 weeks and could do more at 38 weeks than when I first started. I did my last class the night before going into labour and the classes really assisted my recovery and back to body post birth. I recommend PB to all mums to be! I will definitely go back next time around... but much earlier!
I only started Preggi Bellies after having my third child. It was the only workout I could find that I could do with an unstable pelvis, the result of my 3 pregnancies. By using the fit ball I can finally get a fun cardio workout without damaging my somewhat fragile body.
After doing Preggi Bellies classes post-natally, I then did the Back to Body program, which I loved. My fitness and strength really soared and I was more toned than ever before. I found I got a more intense and effective workout than any other aerobic class I had done in the past.
After falling pregnant, Pelvic Instability kicked in. In just a few weeks I went from doing loads of exercising to nothing. That's until I heard about Preggi Bellies. I fell in love with it from the first class. Great work out, lots of fun, and most of all I knew I (and baby) were in good hands. It's been 9 months since I had bubs and I am still going to the classes.
Having only done yoga or walking during my past pregnancies, I was surprised at how good a workout you get at a Preggi Bellies class. It's reassuring to know that all the exercises are pregnancy approved and taught by trained instructors. I feel stronger and fitter as a result and I know this will help me when the baby arrives!
