Preggi Bellies classes also offer a graduated post natal workout for women who are returning after delivery. Back to Body is a new class that allows women to progress to a high intensity calorie burning workout that reshapes, tones and strengthens muscles while assisting in weight loss and improving cardiovascular fitness.

Back to Body takes into account the physical changes surrounding pregnancy and delivery, as well the needs of today’s women to lose weight and get back into shape.
