Returning from pregnancy is often challenging so when you come back we will gently guide you through simple exercises to begin with and these can be done in our Preggi Bellies or Back to body classes. When you are ready to progress you can do so in the post natal exclusive class "Back to Body" or still within our Preggi Bellies classes. We are proud to say that ladies return to our classes and stay for years long after they have had their families .
